Other architects have been proven to us that it is easy to reach 100 rooms into this building from reasonable sizes. Every architect will come up with a different idea.
There is NO option to extend the pyramid shape into a cube shape. We just give you some ideas about a successful micro hotel unit system in case you want many small unit in the hotel.
